However, I don't think that is the idea. I think the idea is that Alt.Net is an introduction to alternatives and teaching people to think for themselves. Once alt.net members have made this realization that Microsoft tools are not the only choice, then they can carry the torch to the next wave of developers. You have to realize that we are competing against the massive Microsoft marketing machine. We don't need to be sophisticated, we just need a clear and simple story to tell.
